Jamie Epstein practices exclusively in the area of marital and family law. As a native of Rochester, New York, Ms. Epstein attended the State University of New York at Albany, where she graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After her undergraduate education, Ms. Epstein relocated from New York to Florida and attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During law school, Jamie was the President of the Law Student Advisors, an organization formed to mentor first year law students and was the Vice President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (n/k/a American Association of Justice). She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2008 and is now a shareholder at Chorowski Clary Saoji Epstein, P.A.

Prior to joining Chorowski Clary Saoji Epstein, P.A., in 2015, Ms. Epstein practiced law at a prestigious boutique law firm in Boca Raton, Florida where she gained experience in the field of marital and family law as well as civil litigation. Ms. Epstein is an alumni of the Glass Leadership Institute, a nationally recognized leadership development program affiliated with the Anti-Defamation League and is currently a member of the B’nai B’rith Justice Unit #5204. As a member of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, Ms. Epstein has committed herself to the well-being of families throughout the State of Florida. In addition to her service on the Executive Council, Ms. Epstein currently serves as the Co-Chair of the CLE Committee and Chair of the Ad Hoc Health and Wellness Committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Additionally, Ms. Epstein has been named a “Rising Star” of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar in 2020 and 2021.
