Jamie Epstein is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law. She has dedicated her legal career exclusively to the field of Marital and Family Law for over 16 years. In 2025, Ms. Epstein completed training in Collaborative Law, further expanding her tools for resolving family disputes amicably and effectively. She has held an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell® since 2023—the highest possible peer rating for professional excellence in legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards.

In addition to her thriving legal practice, Ms. Epstein is actively involved in the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, where she serves in numerous leadership roles and as a member of the Executive Council. From 2022 to 2025, she chaired the CLE Committee, organizing, moderating, and speaking at countless continuing legal education programs across the state, both live and virtually. In recognition of her expertise, she was recently appointed to serve a four-year term on the prestigious Marital and Family Law Review Course Committee. Ms. Epstein has been widely recognized for her commitment to the advancement of family law in Florida. She received the “Rising Star” Award in 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, the “Above and Beyond” Award in 2020-2021 and 2022-2023, and the “Chair’s Award of Special Merit” in 2024 and 2025.

She is also an alumna of the Glass Leadership Institute, a nationally recognized leadership program affiliated with the Anti-Defamation League. Her professional affiliations include active membership in the B’nai B’rith Justice Unit #5204 and the Family Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Ms. Epstein graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She relocated to Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2008. During law school, she served as President of the Law Student Advisors and as Vice President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now the American Association for Justice). Ms. Epstein is currently a shareholder at Chorowski Clary Saoji Epstein, P.A. and is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York.
